I had both my dog and cat neutered here a couple of years ago. The service was friendly, the facility was clean and both operations went smoothly. The incision sites were neat and clean. It was much cheaper than having it done across the boarder in Cardinal where I lived at the time. I will be bringing my newest addition here to be spayed in the near future.The 45 ish minute drive from Ottawa should be well worth the trip. I received excellent service from friendly caring people for a great price. If I had my licence I would be seeing them for all my appointments.

The vet nurses, techs, and assistants are always in a great mood, they make you feel welcome during these hard times. Every vet near and around Fort Drum was either not taking new clients or had no available appointments. Town and Country took my information and called me as soon as they had an opening. My dog had an ear infection, so luckily they called me back in a few hours to fit me in. The trip was worth it. They were kind and friendly and interested in getting my dog the best help. The doctor took the time to get acquainted with my dog before looking in his ears. I totally expected to pay $300+ but when I left, the price was a little over $100 for the visit, medicine, and the shots that he was due for. We were very pleased with this clinic and are considering making them our vet even though it’s an hour drive for us. That should say a lot. Hope anyone reading this gives this vet their business.

My 5 month old Scottish Fold kittens where spay/neutered Dec 14, 2022. I’ve been a client for many years. The reception staff are outstanding. The veterinarian is amazing as is the vet tech. You can tell that all members of this amazing team share the love of animals. I knew I was leaving my kittens in the care of amazing people. Bless all members of this fantastic clinic. The vet was extremely gentle. His manners and soothing voice put my dog at ease. He asked how she was since her last visit which I thought would be another episode of IVDD but he figured out that she had only injured her tail at the base.
